1. If the products you received are damaged, please contact us and send us pictures or videos of the damaged items within 3 days. We are sorry that we can’t process your request for replacement if your packages are delivered over 3 days.
2. We will deliver the replacement part within 3 days to you at no charge after receiving photographs or videos of the damaged items.
Return Policy
If you don’t like the product after receiving it, you can contact customer service to return the product within 3 days of receiving the product, we will send you a return label, and you need to bear the round-trip shipping fee.
